Q. How do I know how much my property is worth?
A. If you are considering exchanging but not sure of your properties value then get at least 3 property specialists to give you a valuation, you should then be in a position to decide on the exchange value.

Q. Can I include a picture of the property?
A. Yes and it's easy to do so, you can load an image with the property details when you join or at any time afterwards. If you haven't got access to a scanner or digital camera, we will be more than happy to do it for you, just send a good quality colour photo with the property reference and address written on the back to Quick Before Its Gone Ltd. You can find our address on the 'About us' page. We will optimise the image and upload it for you. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish us to return your photo.
Q. Can you supply me with a 'For Exchange' sign?
A. At the present time we are unable to supply a sign
Q. Can I include a link to my own or another website that shows my house?
A. Yes, you can include one or more hyperlinks to other websites. The process is a little tricky as you need to include some basic HTML code, however, if you contact us, giving the address of the site, we will add the link for you.
Q. Do Quick Before Its Gone charge commission for using their service?
A. No, not at all. We do not charge commission of any kind.
Q. Are my details safe?
A. Yes, your details are completely safe. We do not pass your details on to any other company or mailing list. We ask you for only the minimal amount of information possible and this is used for your ad only.
