How do I sell without an estate agent
Three quick and easy steps to get going!
1. If you already have your house for sale then you can get going right now as you will already have a valuation and know exactly what price you are going to ask, although in this ever changing property market, it may be as well to get one or more further valuations on your house to ensure that you don't attempt to sell at an unrealistic price.
2. If you are considering selling but not sure of the exchange price to ask for your house then get at least 3 estate agents to give you a valuation, you will then be in a position to decide the exchange price that you want.
3. Finally, add your property details to a property website!
